You might know or even visited the famous Lake Geneva or Lac Leman in Switzerland. But let me tell you that there are lots of stunning lakes in all over Switzerland; Lake Thun (you can look at my Interlaken post and 7 must visit lakes in Switzerland), Lake Brienz, Lake Zurich, Lake Lugano and many more. I happen to live in near Lake Gruyere with only 30 minutes walk. It’s very peaceful and secluded where I can have a piece of mind. I walked to Lake Gruyere from Bulle and it is a great destination for a spontaneous, quick trip. If you’re feeling lazy to walk, buses are always available from Bulle to Morlon, and still you have to walk from Morlon to Les Laviaux. Google Maps App and weather forecast are always a huge help. Don’t forget to take pictures!
